Product Info

David Clapp is a professional landscape and travel photographer whose journey into photography began in an unexpected way. A passionate musician, David originally worked with sequencing software to create electronic music while playing guitar—skills that later helped him make a seamless transition into the visual arts. He often draws parallels between music and photography, translating rhythm and composition from sound into image.

After spending years in a non-creative working environment, David made the leap to full-time photography in 2009 when commissioned work opened the door to a new path. Since then, he has used the camera as a vehicle for adventure, capturing both the raw beauty of nature and the complexity of urban environments. Equally at ease in wild landscapes or bustling cities, he is particularly drawn to the ever-changing conditions that lead to rare and powerful photographic moments.

Known for his technical expertise, David continuously explores the possibilities of evolving camera technologies, pushing the boundaries of what photography can achieve. His work is regularly featured in leading publications such as Digital Photographer and Photographer Monthly. He also represents Canon at major industry events, including The Outdoor Show and The Photography Show, where he shares his insights and passion with fellow professionals and enthusiasts alike.

Delivery

If the selected print is in stock, the usual lead time is 2 to 3 business days. This is because all orders are created from scratch, and made to order. Once your order is produced and shipped, you'll receive a fulfillment update, automatically.

If any one of the prints you order is currently out of stock, the lead time increases to 7 to 10 business days, in order to allow time for the lithograph printing of your order, as well as the framing, packing and shipping process.

Once a consignment has left us, you will receive updates on it's progress directly from our carriage providers. Unfortunately, we are unable to take specific instructions, directly, but you should be able to communicate these directly to the carriage providers once they have made contact with you.
