Product Info

Susan Nethercote is an abstract floral and botanical artist based in Ballarat, Australia, where she lives with her husband and two young daughters. Working primarily in acrylics and mixed media, Susan draws deep inspiration from nature, gardens, and her travels abroad. Her work is also profoundly influenced by a rich spiritual and contemplative practice. Through her abstracted floral paintings, she aims to express the joy, energy, and magic found in nature, using fluid, expressive, and vibrant interpretations of botanical forms.

Susan began her career researching, tutoring, and lecturing in Fine Arts at the University of Melbourne. After several career changes, she became a full-time professional artist in 2016. Passionate about teaching, Susan leads online classes called ‘Painting as a Practice’ and shares insights into her artistic journey through her podcast, ‘The Susan Nethercote Studio Insider Art Podcast.’

Delivery

If the selected print is in stock, the usual lead time is 2 to 3 business days. This is because all orders are created from scratch, and made to order. Once your order is produced and shipped, you'll receive a fulfillment update, automatically.

If any one of the prints you order is currently out of stock, the lead time increases to 7 to 10 business days, in order to allow time for the lithograph printing of your order, as well as the framing, packing and shipping process.

Once a consignment has left us, you will receive updates on it's progress directly from our carriage providers. Unfortunately, we are unable to take specific instructions, directly, but you should be able to communicate these directly to the carriage providers once they have made contact with you.
